Video: Richie Hawtin & Ambivalent (Minus) @ DubSpot's Ableton Tour, NYC

DubSpot's Live 8 U.S. Sessions Tour stop in NYC played host to a variety of talented high-profile musicians and talent, all focused on creating a world-class educational experience.  Thats what the tour does, bring in established artists, and combine them with our own instructors for a weekend of top-notch production and performance workshops.  For a recap of the weekends events, and the 2yr Anniversary celebration that accompanied it, check out the blog entry.

Among the many elite musicians involved with the NYC stop were Richie Hawtin & Ambivalent, who talked with those lucky enough to attend about a variety of career issues, from finding new inspiration, to production and performance strategies, to advice for students.  Rich even touched on that twitter thing people have been talking about.  For the greater musical community, and to give people a taste of the DubSpot tour experience, we are releasing a series of videos from this discussion.  Two are included in this blog entry, and more are to come... The DubSpot Live 8 U.S. Sessions Tour will be continuing the weekend of October 17th & 18th in L.A., followed by Austin on November 14th & 15th.  A new tour website is soon to come, plus detailed lineups and workshop descriptions.
